Cancellation & Refund Policy – 3PP Harvest

At 3PP Harvest, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Cancellation:
Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once the package is delivered (please see our returns section below).
Refunds:
Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive an item that meets these criteria, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
